JTL Software User Community on Facebook

The entire range of JTL software includes so many products that all interlock and work with each other that it is easy to lose track of them all. As a JTL service partner, we want to help as many people as possible. In 2012, Ali Oukassi started our JTL Facebook group to get smaller questions answered by a larger crowd. The answers can also be read by more people, making this group a real added value. We ourselves are also active in the community and provide assistance on a wide variety of topics, so you don’t have to call support every time.

In the meantime a lot of topics have been discussed and via the search function of the group you can find answers to common and very rare problems as well as to project inquiries. In this way, you can also gather ideas for your own company and exchange ideas directly with the idea providers. On the other hand, you can of course share your own experiences when the relevant issues arise.

The active community grows daily and we discuss all issues that concern you as a user. Our Facebook group is the largest of its kind and thus attracts more and more people who have been involved with JTL products for a longer time. But also future users, who would like to inform themselves first only, are to be found here and naturally also always welcome.

However, some problems are difficult to solve via Facebook. In this case, you should contact us so that we can take a look at it in person. We are happy to help you online, if that is possible. We will then connect to your computer and together we can see how to fix the problem. You will get more details when talking to our support.

And when there are no problems, we also like to exchange information about innovations in the JTL world. After all, the development is constantly going on, and here is a hub to also get informed about the latest happenings in the JTL world. Innovations are reviewed by experts and the results are then made available to the community.
