Dropshipping is a good way to learn media buying, but largely Facebook-side, because here you have to draw the difference between push and pull marketing. You know push marketing: you push it into the market. Pull marketing: you attract the leads or the conversions.

Another small example: you import textile items that may have been washed or cleaned with chemical agents that may not be allowed in the EU area, or whose minimum amount of chemical agent is exceeded. Furthermore, there are things like the DSGVO regulation which of course prescribes data protection, then there are legal matters like the imprint which must be created professionally.

What are the possibilities now? Well the possibilities are with little effort and possibly little money we are talking four figure sums here though. Drive higher five- to six-figure sales, with eventual four-figure wins. It all depends on how good your marketing is, because that plays a big role here. As I said, you need to know the difference between push and pull marketing. You should do multichannel marketing, which means too much like you use the different platforms and data sets together against each other to find the right buyers.

The simplest example of purchasing goods is Aliexpress or Alibaba. However, Alibaba is more suitable for sourcing pallet goods. Aliexpress is suitable because there are many API plugins or apps that you can connect to Shopify to easily redirect the order to Aliexpress. For example, there is CJ Dropshipping, there is Oberlo – all these apps are already prepared to be implemented in Shopify with a few clicks. In general, Shopify is a very popular tool for dropshipping in this case because Shopify is relatively easy to set up, relatively easy to learn and manage, and offers these very plugins to make it relatively quick to implement. Likewise, Shopify makes tracking ready between Facebook and Shopify, or Google and Shopify, Pinterest and Shopify, TikTok and Shopify with just a few clicks. LinkedIn and Xing are not yet available, but will probably follow at some point.
The important thing is that you deal with the legal issues when tracking. Likewise, the products play a major role. This has the advantage of saving storage costs. This has the advantage that you don’t have to do the handling or packing and you don’t have to take care of it or pay for it. And it has the advantage that you don’t have to buy anything in stock, so you don’t have to pay for it in advance.
