In this tutorial we will discuss a new JTL-Wawi 1.6 feature that will probably be used mostly by B2B merchants. In the latest version of Wawi you can store multiple billing addresses per customer profile and then switch the default billing address. We’ll show you how in this video. First of all, here is what you can do if you have a problem with JTL-Shop, JTL-Wawi, JTL-WMS or other JTL products. Create multiple billing addresses and select default address

But now off to the Wawi. Let’s take a look at the customer profile of our regular customer Harry Hirsch. Here, Wilhem-Busch-Straße in Stuttgart is stored as the address and this also corresponds to the default address. Here we can add another delivery address. You already know this from the 1.5 version. So let’s put on the different address of Hugoberta Hirsch. But what is new now is that you can create additional billing addresses. So let’s create a different billing address for Helga Hirsch. You are now free to choose which address should be stored as the default address. You can change this by right-clicking on the desired address and selecting “Is default address”. This will also adjust the address of the customer profile here above. We can now create an order and will see that Helga Hirsch is now entered. If we now change the default address again to Harry Hirsch, his address will be automatically displayed in the new order.
