With the right ERP for minimal administrative effort

BITTERLIEBE

Challenge:
Due to an appearance of the startup BitterLiebe on the well-known TV series “Höhle der Löwen”, a high volume of inquiries was to be expected. In addition, it was important to realize the project quickly. So a solid online store with a strong technical foundation had to be realized here.

Objective:
The aim was to connect the online store to the Xentral ERP enterprise resource planning system and thus implement a perfect logistics process for the e-commerce area of the start-up. It was important that everything was ready to go before the day the TV show aired.

Result:
eBakery was able to meet the deadline and worked closely with ERP specialist Xentral on this. In just one day, the store received around 10,000 orders and a total of
2.9 million covered the BitterLiebe products on TV. This generated numerous web page hits, which the website was able to withstand due to a solid technical foundation.

Challenge:
In the face of Corona, fashion retailer AUST Fashion was faced with the major task of bringing a total of 56 stores online, which had to close overnight due to appropriate prevention measures. The retail stores should therefore be mapped digitally.

Objective:
Realization of a Shopware solution offering a modern shopping experience via online store. The look & feel of the webshop should go beyond a normal standard store and the technical connection to the JTL-Wawi should be guaranteed.

Result:
eBakery delivered a result in just one week! 56 stores were completely digitized and the link with JTL-Wawi worked without any restrictions thanks to the smooth implementation of the JTL-Connector. The management of AUST Fashion was more than satisfied with the results.

Quickly fix technical problems after power outage

Challenge:
After a power failure in a data center, there was a problem with the initialization of the ERP system when the web server was booted. This problem occurred on a Sunday.

Objective:
It was particularly important that the problem be resolved quickly, as every hour that the web store is offline costs cash / results in lower sales and also deters customers.

Result:
Here eBakery was able to respond on the same day. Thanks to good networking with important service providers and motivated employees who work a few hours overtime on weekends in such emergencies, the problem was solved within a few hours and the store was up and running again.

eBakery Experience: The JTL success story in Austria

The store Haushaltsparadies had to be converted to JTL, whereby several special features had to be taken into account. There is both an AT version for Austria and a DE version for Germany. In addition, the visitor should be conveyed that many products are also available locally in stores and the assortment of more than 10,000 items had to turn correctly implanted.

Objective:
Both the AT side and the DE version should be connected to JTL-Wawi. The new online store should appear contemporary and be perfectly aligned with UX and SEO.

Result:
owner Andreas Brenkusch was satisfied with the result. The online store now stands on a solid foundation. An eBakery employee personally drove to Austria for the final inspection and visited the stores there, among other things.

For the “Turkish online supermarket” Lieferabi, a JTL store was to be set up, which is coherent in terms of presentation and functions perfectly from a technical point of view. The whole thing should be implemented in version 5 of JTL and the user-friendliness of the store should be the focus.

Objective:
The most important aspect of the project was the smooth connection to JTL-Wawi, as well as the fact that a proper mobile shopping experience should also be ensured. Also, eBakery should provide a suitable template.

Result:

JERA GmbH from Vörstetten would like to offer the simple sale of (individual) interface solutions online. Quite an unusual product for an online store. The aim here was to map the whole thing in such a way that it would appeal to B2B customers.

Objective:
The platform was to be implemented on the basis of Shopware. It was particularly important to Managing Director Johannes Seidel that products in the store are explained in detail and that a high degree of SEO optimization is achieved.

Result:
