The popular store system from JTL is directly connected with JTL-Wawi. This way you always have the same data stock of goods, customers, orders, etc. in the store and the ERP. A power outage occurred at the customer’s data center on Sunday. After the problem was solved, the initialization of the merchandise management system did not work anymore, so that a further operation of the store was not possible. The main thing here was to act quickly and eliminate the fault.
