JTL and Agenda

They are necessary, but hardly any traders like to do them – tax returns. Fortunately, there are people for whom it is exactly the opposite. A tax accountant is often enough a blessing, after all, you can simply send him or her all the invoices and he or she will take care of the rest.

The better you prepare the data, the less the tax consultant has to do. Your tax returns go faster and you save money. Sounds good? Read more.

Connect JTL-Wawi with Agenda

If you want to use the free ERP system
JTL-Wawi
you can simply install the appropriate plugin. If not, we will be happy to advise you on switching to JTL-Wawi.

use The setup should be done by your tax advisor, as this is where tax accounts are assigned to revenue. This mapping only needs to be done once, unless something major changes.

After the plugin is set up, it generates an export file in DATEV format after the set period of time has elapsed. This file can be read with various accounting programs, including Lexware and Agenda. The tax advisor can then quickly check this data and forward it to the tax office.

JTL2DATEV

The license for JTL2DATEV is available in three different versions:

Premium (299 € one time)
Extended (39 €/month)
Ultimate (49 €/month)

While in the Premium version all domestic documents and clients are already transferred and correctly assigned to the appropriate accounts, in the Extended license all documents (including foreign documents) are transferred and assigned. Paypal accounts and Amazon settlements are also included. In the Ultimate version, all documents incl. of the purchasing documents exported. In addition, there are other useful features such as:

Reading in the “Payments Transaction Summary” report.
Assigning all charges and replacing the Amazon “Order ID” with the JTL “Invoice Number”.
Reading in the Paypal account statement, showing the corresponding fees and replacing the EBay “item IDs” or “webshop receipt numbers” with the JTL “invoice numbers”.
