JTL collective invoice
If you work with

it can happen that you want to write collective invoices. Especially if a customer makes many orders per month, you should think about collective invoices, so that the accounting department is relieved.
Collective invoice in JTL-Wawi
This feature was announced for version 1.6, but now it has been changed to the status “medium-term”, i.e. postponed. It will be implemented in such a way that several orders are initially saved as proforma invoices without being given for settlement and thus not transferred to DATEV. If the invoice is then sent, the order items are correctly specified and taxed with the valid tax class.
This is important, for example, if you have several warehouses in different countries and do not know before the time of shipment from which country to ship. Accordingly, no tax class or VAT ID can be stored yet.
It will then be implemented in such a way that for invoices a checkbox will be added at the bottom, with which you can save an invoice as a proforma invoice. It will not receive a document number and can be processed without any consequences until it is converted into a real invoice or a collective invoice.
These invoices are still displayed in the overview, so you always have an overview. But then you will be able to distinguish them from the fixed bills.
The invoices, or orders, which then become collective invoices are currently still subject to some restrictions, which will only be relaxed gradually. JTL software is still waiting for feedback from the merchant community and will then act accordingly and implement the function accordingly.
However, with the on-board means of JTL-Wawi and some expert work, it can also be solved this way.
