What is JTL Vouchers?
Roughly speaking, you can create vouchers with JTL-Vouchers and then use them in JTL-Wawi, JTL-Shop and JTL-POS. But to what extent are they usable?
With JTL-Vouchers you can create single and multi-purpose vouchers and pay sales tax correctly. These can be issued either in printed form or digitally and the design can be determined individually. In the same way, these can then also be redeemed either digitally or in the retail store.
As mentioned above, JTL-Vouchers is then compatible with the three JTL products as long as it is at least Wawi version 1.5.49.1 / POS version 1.0.5.6 or Shop version 5.1 or newer.
The JTL Voucher Portal
The vouchers portal looks like this. The first thing you will see in the dashboard is the current movements. So which vouchers were created last. Then you have an overview of all your coupons, which can then be filtered with a filter search mask as desired. All other activities, such as deleted vouchers or changes of vouchers you will see in the journal. With the help of the client group, for example individual stores can be created, which can then also be assigned certain rights. So can the store issue coupons or just redeem them or both?
How then such a voucher can look in the end you can see here. This means that you can participate in the design and also implement your CI in it.

You don’t need to worry about tax correctness and you can create and issue the vouchers in any format. Third-party ERP systems can also be connected via the REST API. In addition, you have a probate means ready for goodwill refunds and returns to remain liquid.

In the end, all these benefits will only cost you 19.99€ per month + 2% revenue share, but only if the voucher revenue exceeds 1000€ in one month.
