JTL-Wawi now also on the smartphone

We will demonstrate the JTL-Wawi 1.6 Mobile App. Because one of the highlights of the open beta announcement, was also the smartphone feature. JTL-Wawi will now also be usable on cell phones. How you can use the JTL-Wawi app and where you can get it, you can find out here.

JTL-Wawi 1.6 Mobile App - How to use it

As we told you before, the JTL-Wawi 1.6 Open Beta phase has started. How to get to your JTL-Wawi 1.6 for the desktop is part of the video we already showed you there. But a not to be sneezed at feature, which has just been released with the Open Beta, is the JTL-Wawi App, with which the merchandise management of JTL-Software can now also be used on the smartphone. At least for Android devices this is possible. The question most people will ask is also answered directly by JTL itself: “What settings can you access?”.

What can you control with the app?

First of all, it will be possible to create new orders, edit, view and create new customer data, as well as trigger JTL workflows. Future plans include returns management, item creation and integrating images via smartphone camera. But let’s switch from theory to practice. As already mentioned, you need an Android phone or, as I will use it in a moment, a simulation / virtual machine, call it what you want, which you can then also run on Windows or MacOs, for example. can install. Otherwise, you should use at least Android 5.0 and have a stable Internet connection. The app can then be found easily in the Google PlayStore and can also be downloaded there free of charge. As just announced on the part of JTL we find here the article, customer, order area again. In addition, you also have a dashboard here and can view offers.

We can go to the customer area once as a test and create a new customer. Once we have done that we enter the name and we will find it here in the customer area. By the way, if it doesn’t look like that from the beginning in your case, it looks more like this. We have already registered and adopted the demo data. If you logically prefer to use your own data, you can also simply go to “Change server or client” in the menu and continue working with your Wawi. Otherwise, there is not too much to say about it.
