How to register

In this JTL Customer Center tutorial we will show you how to register for it and which products are managed there. Whether JTL-Wawi, JTL-WMS or JTL-POS, to be able to use these JTL software products, you need the customer center.

Register in the JTL Customer Center

If you want to use or create an inventory management system, warehouse management system or online store, then one solution for this could be JTL Software.
With JTL-WMS, JTL-Wawi and JTL-Shop 5 all three components are offered. But to get access to the software in the first place, you have to register for free in the JTL Customer Center. How this works, I show you in this video. With the following link you can reach the registration form. Here you can optionally enter how you became aware of JTL. So for example. by the agency eBakery as JTL service partner. Then you enter your name + salutation, add your company address incl. your email address. phone number and last but not least enter an email address and a password that you will use in the future to log in to the JTL Customer Center. At last you have to set the first two checkmarks, by which you agree to the privacy policy and finally confirm that you have taken note of the terms and conditions, in which it is included that you are registering as an entrepreneur and not as a consumer. have to perform. The third point is optional, depending on whether you want to subscribe to the newsletter. Once you have done all this, click on “Create customer account”. Thus, you have successfully completed your registration and only need to confirm the contract for order processing between you as an entrepreneur and JTL-Software GmbH and you are then in the customer center.

JTL Customer Center - The Home Page

Here you will first see your achievements and other formal data, such as your current level. There are 5 main areas in the Customer Center. The first one – the home page – is where we are right now. The second includes the products. Here can be used e.g. the merchandise management system JTL-Wawi can be downloaded or licenses can be purchased. This is necessary, among other things, for the Shop Connectors. So if you want to connect JTL-Wawi to your Shopware, Gambio, Shopify or OXID store. We have already produced a video for each of these as well. For better classification, let’s briefly go through the individual points.

The products at a glance

In the marketplaces section you can find both eazyAuction and JTL-Repricer. The former is used to link merchandise management with the Amazon and eBay marketplaces. The Repricer, on the other hand, automatically adjusts the prices on Amazon and thus optimizes them.The POS system JTL-POS hides behind this icon. This plays into the hands of retailers with a brick-and-mortar store in particular, as it allows them to link online and offline commerce. Shipping processes can be simplified with JTL Shipping. This makes it possible to create shipping labels from the connected shipping service providers and print them directly in the packing process. With Track & Trace you always know where your package is. In addition to enterprise resource planning, inventory management is one of the most important components of JTL. With this, processes in the warehouse can be optimized so that paths are shortened, space is saved and optimally used, and the error rate is reduced. JTL-WMS is now available as a desktop version, as well as a mobile app.

What is JTL Fulfillment?

Fulfillment” refers to the JTL Fulfillment offer. This means that retailers can use external warehouses to store their products and outsource the fulfillment processes. You can book the store system here or apply for a free license, which is free up to 500 articles. I had already said something about the store connectors and JTL-Vouchers is a separate module that ensures the organization of vouchers for JTL-Wawi, JTL-Shop and JTL-POS. Furthermore, the JTL hosting service can also be accessed via this. That means you can e.g. JTL-Wawi or JTL-Shop hosted on JTL servers and save you the search for a hosting provider. If you have problems with one of the JTL products or if the documentation is not sufficient and you do not know what to do and you do not know how to contact a JTL service partner like e.g. eBakery, then the JTL support will help you which can be found in the main point “Support”. Here you will be informed about current error messages, but you can also book your support package in the lower half.

Since JTL is a community driven company, a lot of value is placed on feedback from the users themselves. On the one hand, you will be forwarded directly to the JTL forum, where you can exchange ideas with like-minded people. The fact that the individual products are constantly being worked on is proven by the Issue Tracker, where you can view issues that are being worked on and get a current status.
