Shopware merchandise management
The popular Shopware online store system can work with some enterprise resource planning systems. However, this works best with the in-house Pickware system.
Both systems work hand in hand, without plugins or other middleware, and if you already use Shopware Professional, or Professional Plus, Pickware is included for free.

Shopware’s backend is always your go-to place, no matter what you want to do with your items. You create them, edit them, always have an up-to-date status and see all orders. The orders made directly in your store, those made through marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay, or sales made in your retail store through Shopware POS connectivity.
Pickware consists of three modules:
- Shopware ERP powered by Pickware
- Shopware WMS powered by Pickware
- Shopware POS powered by Pickware
The Shopware ERP module helps you with your warehouse management. This allows you to integrate the areas of warehousing, purchasing, returns & cancellations, and much more. Shopware ERP creates picklists for you based on orders, automates invoice creation and shipping, and takes a lot of the work out of your hands so you can focus on your core business.
You can also extend Pickware modularly and adapt it to your needs. Modules for dunning or bank reconciliation are available to you to reconcile your orders directly with your account. A DATEV interface is also available to easily transfer the sales data to your tax advisor.
Of course, you can also connect all common shipping service providers to Pickware so that a picked order can be printed directly with a shipping label.
Shopware WMS
Shopware WMS powered by Pickware further supports your inventory management. This allows you to work with mobile barcode scanners to speed up the picking process and reduce errors.
In Pickware store you can find barcode scanner sleeves for popular iOS devices. They are pulled over the iPhone and thus add the practical scanning function to the smartphone. In addition, the smartphone is protected from shocks.
You simply download the apps from the Apple App Store – one for shipping, one for warehousing.
Shopware WMS powered by Pickware
The app for shipping simplifies picking and shipping. Shopware WMS makes paper pick lists obsolete, you can control everything through the app. As soon as the order has been picked, Pickware automatically prints all the necessary documents such as invoice, delivery bill, shipping label and other individual documents.
The app for warehousing further supports you in all processes that have to do with an inventory change, inventory or handling of returns. It works directly with the Shopware ERP database. This way you will always have an up-to-date data without inconsistencies or plugins that can become outdated.
