Shopware 6 payment service provider setup - here's how to get started
We have already demonstrated how to integrate PayPal into your Shopware 6 store. In this blog post we want to add another payment method or payment provider namely Mollie. Now you can find out how.
In your Shopware backend , go to Settings, System and Plugins and click on Shopware Store. Here you select the free Mollie plugin for Shopware 6, put it in the shopping cart, then select the correct store for licensing, accept the terms and conditions and select Order with payment. Then this app should be stored in your customer account.
How to log in to the Shopware Store
To log in click on Account in the upper right corner. Here you go into the store owner area, on stores, select the right store and go to your Mollie Shopware 6 license. There are several ways to activate the plugin, we choose the way to download it. Once the download is complete, go back to your store backend and click Upload Plugin.

Select the zip file you just downloaded and wait a moment. The new plugin will appear in your stack. Goes to the context menu and installs it. This can then be activated by means of a toggle switch. Go to the context menu again and to the configuration. Here you need the API Live and Test Key, which you can find in your Mollie customer account. To be exact, this can be found in the developer area under API Key and can be maneuvered into the Shopware 6 backend via copy and paste. Then save and your Mollie plugin is integrated and functional.
