How to create your newsletter form in Shopware 6
This Shopware 6 screencast shows you how to create a newsletter form in Shopware 6 and how to manage your newsletter recipients. We will show you how to create a newsletter form using Erlebniswelt, how to display it in the frontend and how to view your subscriber data.

In this blog, we’ll look at how you can manage newsletter recipients in your Shopware 6 store so that you can then access them manually.
However, in order to use them in the first place, we need to create and embed a newsletter form in our store. This can be achieved with the help of a world of experience.
Therefore, as usual, we go to our content categoryand to worlds of experience. For creating a form, there is a separate block category called“Form“, from which the form can be simply dragged and dropped into the main field.
These changes must be made
As we already know from our blog on Erlebniswelten, the individual elements can be edited using the small gear wheel at the top right.
One important change you should make is to customize the form type. So in our case to select“Newsletter”. After you have saved the whole thing, you have to place your adventure world layout in a category. How this works you can read in the Shopware 6 category blog article.
After creating the Shopware 6 newsletter checks it in the frontend
After that, go to your frontend to check that you did everything correctly. If the newsletter is available, proceed as follows.
Subscribe to the newsletter at this point, enter fictitious data if necessary and then go back to the backend. The newsletter recipients are in your marketing sectionin the left column. You can either expand or reduce the overview in the burger menu at the top right . If you want to edit or delete a newsletter subscriber, you can do this as usual with the context menu.
