Shopware custom prices

This is how you implement them

With Custom Pricing, you can set up Custom Pricing in Shopware for stronger customer loyalty and more business. How to create this via API, what requirements must be met and what other advantages the feature brings with it, you will learn in the following Shopware tutorial.

The Shopware B2B Feature

This article is again primarily aimed at the B2B dealers among you. To be precise, to all Shopware B2B merchants. Because this is supposed to be about the customized prices. What are the advantages, how you can set it up and what requirements you need to meet, you will learn in the following Shopware tutorial.

Shopware Custom Pricing - What is it?

So what is the new B2B feature all about?
The benefit is that even with enormously large product ranges and millions of price combinations, customer-specific price allocation can be managed efficiently. Shopware 6 version 4.18.0 makes it possible. The only requirement is a Beyond Plan. But what are the advantages of this?

Shopware Custom Pricing - The Advantages

You can set up custom pricing as just mentioned, which will ensure stronger customer loyalty and more business. In addition, the offer price can be highlighted and is thus highlighted as you can see it here. The whole thing is synchronized at lightning speed thanks to the API First approach. And the good thing is, the feature can be used even without B2B Suite. However, this currently also means that this feature can ONLY be used via the API. However, this plays into the hands of all those who use Shopware with third-party systems.

This is how the setup works

But how does it all work?
The API endpoint for this is: /api/_action/product-customer-price.
Three values must be specified here. The “productId” to know which product it is, the “customerId” to assign the preferences to the right customers and finally the “price”, i.e. the new offer price.

Shopware Custom Pricing via API vs. Rule Builder

Thus, customer-specific prices can then be easily created, changed and deleted via API. Now some of you will say: “Yes, well, that has been possible for a long time with the help of the Rule Builder and Advanced Prices. This is true, but then causes problems with a very large assortment and correspondingly large data sets.
