With Google Ads you have the possibility to use ad extensions for promotions like Black Friday. The offer extension can be added on account, campaigns or ad group, here you can specify BLACK FRIDAY as occasion (optional).
How to create the offer extension for 
Black Friday
Black Friday- Account, Campaign, or Ad Group – Where should the bid extension be added?
- Language, here you decide for the language of the display
- Currency, if the discount is a monetary amount, you provide here for the currency sign
- Type of promotion, here there are 4 possibilities
- Amount or number
- Article, 20 characters for your article description
- Final URL, here you can enter the target page for the promotion or for the product.
- Details of the promotion, when ordering for an amount or only in combination with a coupon code.
- Displayed start and end date of the promotional offer, an end date of the promotional offer is also sufficient here.
(Black Friday promotions can only be active from October 15 to December 15).
Where should the supply expansion be added?
Here you can add an offer extension on ad group level for different products depending on the campaign structure. Multiple offer extensions are also possible – however, only one offer extension is displayed.
Promotion type

Here, depending on the promotion, there is a suitable type. Popular here are the points Discount up to x amount and Up to x percent discount.
Promotion details
You define the validity of the promotion under “Promotion details” – these fields are optional, but very logically structured, especially for sales campaigns, and could be linked to a condition such as an order for an amount of x and a coupon code. The coupon code may only max. 15 characters included!
Other details of the promotion include the time period of the promotion. This is displayed in the offer extension. Users will be informed about the duration of your special sale or offer. Select the start and/or end date of the promotion here.
