To do this, we go into our Shopify backend and go to Apps , enter Tidio there, and then click on the Tidio Live Chat app, add the app, and we are then maneuvered back to our Shopify admin panel. Now click on install and enter your desired information here in the Tidio panel. You can upload an avatar picture, choose the language and integrate your CI colors.

In the second step, additional contact data must be integrated and the Terms & Conditions must be confirmed. Here you have the possibility to define the way how your customers should be greeted. These settings can still be changed afterwards. To complete the process, enter a password here. Now you can go to your store frontend, refresh the page and see that the live chat now also “pops up” in your store. In the Tidio panel itself, you can now individually design the chatbot according to your wishes and thus be present in your online store 24-7.

Not in and of itself, try it out and test it for yourself. As already mentioned, the Basic Plan is free of charge. This includes live chat, as well as messenger and email integration. The app is available for both iOS and Android. The plans are differentiated mainly in the number of their chatbot triggers per month. In the Basic Plan you have 100, in the Chatbots Plan you have no regulation. With the Communicator plan you have the possibility to see a live view while the customer is writing, as well as a live visitor view and the representation of which pages have been visited. You can interpret this analysis data and optimize your store accordingly.
