Warranty conditions of the eBay warranty in detail

1. Provider of the eBay guarantee is eBay GmbH, Albert-Einstein-Ring 2-6, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany. Contact eBay
2. The eBay Guarantee applies to all items on eBay.com marked with the eBay Guarantee logo – regardless of where buyers purchase the items from on eBay.com.
3. The eBay Guarantee includes eBay’s service promise that:
   1. the seller of an eBay warranty item offers a right of withdrawal of one month in the cases granted by him. Individual longer revocation periods and other conditions of the revocation instruction within the respective sales offer of an eBay seller (e.g. a right of revocation granted to entrepreneurs) remain unaffected.
   2. the service performance of sellers of eBay warranty items is regularly audited by eBay.
4. eBay Buyer Protection applies to listings with the eBay Guarantee for all payment methods accepted by the seller.
   eBay Buyer Protection is a service provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. For transactions of sellers who use the payment processing on eBay, the buyer protection is offered by eBay GmbH, Albert-Einstein-Ring 2-6, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany.
5. eBay Buyer Protection protects buyers if the seller fails to deliver the item or the delivered item deviates significantly from the item description. In this case, the buyer will be refunded the purchase price including shipping costs in an unlimited amount via PayPal.
   The refund will be made via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you will be asked to open a free PayPal account. For transactions from sellers using eBay payment processing, the refund will be made to your original method of payment.
   Please note that you can file a Buyer Protection claim no later than 30 days after the latest delivery date listed on eBay.com for the purchased item.

6. The eBay warranty is neither a manufacturer’s/dealer’s warranty, nor a quality or durability warranty within the meaning of § 443 (1) BGB, but a seller-independent service warranty. The eBay warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the buyer and any longer right of withdrawal offered by the seller than required by law, in particular against the seller.
