In the last few videos, we have focused exclusively on the groundbreaking development of artificial intelligence in the form of ChatGPT, Midjourney and the like. Now we have a little announcement for you based on that. From now on you can use our 30+ AI tools completely free of charge. Before we go through the tools roughly, just click on any tool now. Then you will see that a login screen opens. That means you have to register in advance. Registration is completely free and also no trial period or anything else, you can use our 34 tools completely free of charge. The only purpose of the registration is that you can use it to manage your previous searches. So you had an image generated a few days ago, you will find it in your account. But in order to register in the first place, we click on “Register”. Now enter your name, a valid email address and a secure password. This data will then be required for the login in the future. However, we’re already logged right in, so let’s go through our free tools. First of all, you have your navigation bar on the left. Your dashboard shows how many documents you have already generated, how many words have been used, and so on. But this is rather less relevant for you, because there are no limits with us. So we go straight on. In the templates are our specific text-based tools. To generate text summaries or simplifications, to have Twitter tweets automatically composed, to find suitable hashtags for your niche, to have your texts enhanced by emojis and much much more.
How to manage your prompts
So much that you could lose track of it all if it weren’t for our two administrative areas. Firstly, all the documents you have generated will be displayed here in the “AI Documents” section. On the other hand, you can also subcategorize yourself by creating individual projects. You can do that here in the “Projects” tab. This is useful if you want to use e.g. Several online stores have. Let’s demonstrate. Click on “Create project” and give it a name and a color. Now we create another one with a different color. You will see how these can be used in a moment. But let’s go through this in detail for a text tool. As I said, there will be a single video for each tool. But, you can still specify the output by extending the “Advanced Settings”.

With this you can determine the “creativity level”. In other words, how much freedom for creativity should be left to the AI. By default, a value between None and Maximum is selected, which is considered the optimum. Just try out here which level leads to the best result for you. Otherwise, the values are between 0 and 1. If you want to specify the whole thing more precisely, select “Custom” and enter your own value. Furthermore, only one variant is created by default. However, if you want to choose from 2 or 3 different translation approaches, you can change the number here. The next field only makes sense with certain tools, in this case rather less. Since you already define the length of the text when entering it. However, if a text should be created freely by the AI, you could use this field to determine how many words this output should be limited to. Now let’s revisit the administration point from the beginning. If you have e.g. If you want to organize your entries for different stores, you can choose your project in the advanced settings below. If you then go into the project overview and click on “AI documents”, you will see that the translation has now been assigned to this project. And you can also see what the name input was used for.
