In this Facebook tutorial we will show you how to integrate the imprint and the privacy policy for your Facebook page. We explain how to get to the editing page and give you tips on how to have your own imprint created.

Set up Facebook imprint to avoid receiving a warning letter

Since presumably no merchant wants to get a warning letter, today we’ll take a look at where you can enter your imprint and privacy policy on your Facebook page. In this regard, I would like to point out that this article is not intended to provide legal advice, but merely to inform. Nevertheless, it is certain that a missing imprint for example. can get you into hot water, so let’s fix this deficit directly, if it hasn’t been deposited with you yet.

We are on our company Facebook page and now we want to edit our page info. To edit the masthead, we scroll down further and can enter it in place. Here you have the possibility to link to your website, on which the imprint should be available, or to enter your entire imprint.
With the privacy policy, things currently look a little different. This cannot be entered here as a whole, but only linked. This means that this must then be e.g. be present on your company website and will be linked herein.
