Conditions of participation
Participation in the competition of eBakery, Mohamed Ali, Oukassi, Haldener Str. 126, 58095 Hagen – hereinafter referred to as the operator – is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions of participation, as well as applicable law.
Expiry of the competition
The duration of the competition is from 12.12.2015, 00:00 hrs to 23.12.2015, 00:00 hrs. Within this period, users will be given the opportunity to enter the competition online by completing the prize form at www.eBakery.de/unicorn2-gewinnspiel.
Participation
Participation is only possible within the period of time (see “Course of the Sweepstakes”). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw.
Participation in the competition is only possible once per user. It is prohibited to use multiple email addresses to increase the chances of winning.
Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge and without image.
Eligible participants
Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the operator and is not dependent on the purchase of a good or service.
Not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the sweepstakes, as well as their family members. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation in the competition if there are appropriate reasons:
(a) in the event of manipulation in the implementation of the lottery, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of false statements in connection with participation in the sweepstakes.
Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The following prizes will be awarded:

Winner notification will be sent by email. In addition, the winner will be published in a post on Facebook and the website www.eBakery.de.
