Create Gambio Manufacturer
Create manufacturer / packaging units / quantity units in Gambio store
Create Gambio manufacturer – in your own Gambio store.
In order to be able to select both Gambio manufacturer, packaging units, and quantity units when creating an item, they must first be created in the Gambio administration area. We will show you how this works in this screencast.
Create Gambio manufacturer, packaging units and units of measure
We start with the manufacturer and go to Manufacturer in the left column. To create a new manufacturer, click the green button labeled “Create“. We take ourselves (eBakery) as the manufacturer, so enter the name accordingly, store our URL and can also add a logo if necessary. Then click on add at the end and this first manufacturer is created. The creation of packaging units is just as simple.
Create packaging units in Gambio
We go to this subcategory and again to “Create”. We want now times bspw. create the unit “Liter”, we can choose it as default if we want and click“Add” again. As a small tip, if you want to edit your packaging unit afterwards, click on the pencil in the line of the position you want to edit and you will get the possibility to correct errors, for example. to correct. This can be deleted with the trash can icon. The same applies to the units of measure.
Create units of measure in Gambio
After clicking Create, we can also freely select our unit here and translate it for the respective languages. Let’s take“piece” and add the unit. This can now be repeated with any number of manufacturers, packaging units and units of measure. We now create a new article again and see that the VPE is available as“liter“, the unit of measure“piece” has been stored and“eBakery” is selectable as manufacturer.
