How to create a team page for your Magento 2 store
You want to know how to create a Magento 2 site like for example. created the Team/About Us page? Then this Magento 2 Screencast Tutorial is just right for you. We will show you how to create a new page in the Magento administration area and display it in the footer.

Once again, we start in the administration area, where we go to Content and Pages. If you want to create a completely new one, you need to go to “Add New Page”. The page will be directly visible in the frontend as well, since it is enabled by default. If you want to make them inactive, press the toggle switch. You can enter any name for your page below and then set up your Magento 2 page using HTML text or editor. After that, if necessary, the Magento SEO section can be filled out, the store for which this page should be visible can be determined and a specific design can be selected.

When you are done, save. Then we go to the blocks in the content section. Again, a new block can be created with “Add New Block”, which we have already done. This should also be switched active and has a block name. The lower block field is then used to enter what will be played out in the footer. In our case, we want to put our team page there. If you now mark the text Team and add a link using the text editor, you can link to the desired page, which in our case has the URL ending “/team”. At the end, save again and go to Widgets in the Content section.

Create a new widget or edit your existing one.
The selected type of our widget is a CMS Static Block, the theme may vary depending on it. The title for this widget in our case is “Footer”. We want it to play in all Store Views and have chosen“All Pages” as the layout update and the“CMS Footer Links” container. The last step in the backend is now once again the saving and already we can examine in the frontend whether we have done everything correctly.
Clears the cache if the page is not visible
The clickable link is present in the footer, as seen in the Magento 2 screencast video, and takes us to the created team page, where we can see our entered text at the top. If it doesn’t look like this for you yet, you may have to clear the cache again first. To do this, go to the admin area in the left column to System, Cache Management and either clear only the cache for the positions where the status is red or the entire cache.
