What are FIBU interfaces?
Jera GmbH specializes in financial accounting interfaces for eCommerce. These FIBU interfaces enable a connection between online trade and accounting. So that you, as an online merchant, are relieved of some work when it comes to taxes. In doing so, Jera GmbH defines financial accounting as a DATEV interface. However, DATEV formats can also be processed by other major accounting systems. These include AGENDA, SIMBA, ADDISON and Lexware, for example. With the 2 DATEV interface, processes are automated and optimized. It checks and corrects for accuracy. Their tasks include, for example, posting records for revenues, creating evaluations, posting cost accounting or posting threshold revenues to separate revenue accounts.

JTL is read directly through the database, while the interface to Plentymarkets works through the REST API. Especially on the JTL 2 DATEV interface Jera GmbH is specialized and even offers different sets. JTL-Wawi is an innovative ERP system with which you can centrally control and manage all your business processes. The JTL 2 DATEV interface converts all your sales data into a DATEV format, so that your tax advisor can import this data directly into accounting. This way your data will be processed pretty fast and you will save additional costs.
Advantages of the FIBU interfaces
So, thanks to the FIBU interfaces, the eCommerce is read out and transferred to the financial accounting. Another important function of the interfaces is payment reconciliation. This runs through major payment systems such as Paypal and Amazon, but also through other systems. That sales, payments and credit notes are cleanly read and transferred to accounting is the goal of the FIBU interfaces. Thus, one of the main tasks of the interface is to check all data for accuracy and correct any errors. Furthermore, there are great additional tools that can be added to the interfaces.
