WhatsApp is the most popular messenger service in Germany. Whether for personal or business use, almost everyone uses Messenger to simply stay in touch. Now WhatsApp has finally rolled out a feature that users have been waiting for a very long time. From now on, you can use WhatsApp with multiple devices at the same time. It should even be possible to use WhatsApp when the smartphone is not connected to the Internet at all.

Here's how you can implement WhatsApp multi-device usage on your end

Using one Messenger service account on multiple devices is not uncommon for other messengers. Messengers such as Telegram have had such a feature for a long time. However, WhatsApp never planned to introduce such a feature, which is why they had to completely rewrite the messenger’s code now. If you also want to use the new multi-device support, then you have to install the latest update from the Play or App Store. After you have done that, the next thing you need to do is go to the settings and select “Linked devices”. Now follow the further steps to complete the setup. If you remain inactive for 14 days after the setup, you will have to do it again.

From when can you use the function?

At the moment, you can still only use one smartphone per WhatsApp number after the setup. The desire of users to use one WhatsApp number on multiple phones has not yet been fulfilled by WhatsApp. If you don’t see the new feature on your smartphone yet, you’ll have to be patient.
