Before you choose an eCommerce ERP system, you need to answer some questions for yourself. What criteria are important to you? Are you aiming for multichannel or internationalization? And most importantly, what are the costs? Nowadays, online retail offers a variety of different inventory management systems. If you are interested in an intelligent all-in-one solution, Afterbuy could be just the right ERP system for you. This is because the multichannel tool enables a connection to many great marketplaces, whereby you can centrally control and synchronize your item data. It also automates processes such as order and warehouse management, making your day-to-day work easier.
At Afterbuy there are 3 basic tariffs. One is the basic rate, which actually starts at 0 euros. During the 14-day trial period, there are no transaction fees, after that each transaction costs 35 cents. Also, over time, costs are incurred for the data that resides on the server. This so-called Data Saver rate costs you 9.90 euros per month. If you don’t want to pay the monthly fee, you can of course cancel the plan and your data will be deleted. If you are just starting your eCommerce career, want to get to know the ERP system first and do not yet have a large product range, this tariff is definitely worthwhile for you. This is how you get the basic functions and can start to find your way around.
In addition to the basic tariff, you can also choose between the seller tariff starting at 40.90 Euro per month or the powerseller tariff starting at 49.90 Euro per month. If you notice that your sales are going well and you also want to start selling on multiple selling platforms, you can upgrade to the Seller tariff. Here you can also get an API for regular reconciliations. Transaction fees drop from 35 cents to 15 cents. With around 100 sales per month alone, it pays to switch to this rate in purely mathematical terms. In addition, you will also find initial transaction packages in this tariff. This means that you can purchase a certain package of transactions for a lower price.
If your online business becomes even more professional, you can opt for the Powerseller tariff. This tariff is particularly suitable for retailers who pursue a specific multichannel strategy and therefore require high automation processes. Transaction fees drop again, this time from 15 cents to 10 cents. With this tariff you can stagger well, buy different packages and there is a flat rate for transactions. You can add the transaction flat rate for 99.90 euros, which covers all transaction costs. If you need additional query intervals for the different marketplaces, they range from 6 hours down to 10 minutes. Afterbuy recommends that you select an hour, so that you can send your goods promptly.
Afterbuy is not only a reliable system, but also offers a lot of additional tools and features. The Powerseller tariff, for example, includes a complete eBay and Amazon account as standard. If the selection is not enough for you, you can set up additional accounts with so-called subaccounts for 14.90 euros per month. It is important to know, however, that you will then also incur new transaction fees that are not covered by the flat rate. Hood.de and real.de, for example, are 2 marketplaces that are covered by the basic fee. For the additional modules, such as Afterbuy statistics, the cost is 19.90 euros per month. The background here is that Afterbuy has built a complete data warehouse so that your data can be perfomantly displayed in the statistics.
If you also want the Afterbuy checkout app, it will cost you 10 euros a month. All in all, additional services can be booked depending on the account. In addition to the aforementioned statistics and checkout app, also the Afterbuy store and open interfaces for connecting external systems. Also the Afterbuy store is available in 3 different tariffs of 0 Euro, 10 Euro 0or 30 Euro each. Accordingly, various features are included, of course. You also have the option to digitally sign your invoices, you will be charged 99 cents per invoice. In summary, the cost structure at Afterbuy is kept relatively low and you can decide individually and according to your own needs, which tariff and which additional tools you need for your business.
