The transformation from a traditional business to an eCommerce business is the challenge here. Or you have specific item catalogs that only a certain customer can see. So if you log into your Shopware system, you will see your items created at your individual prices, including special discounts or the like. All this is already mapped and visible. Now, when a very classical ordering process takes place, i.e. when you select items and add them to the shopping cart, it is possible to create different users for one company. This way you can uncover budgets, for example one customer can only buy up to 5000 Euro and another only up to 500 Euro.

Automated processes in the background

So as a buyer or manager, all you have to do is approve purchases so that purchases can be made. Once the budgets have been released, a few financial aspects still need to be sorted out, such as the cash discount. VARIO’s ERP system can easily handle this like a normal order. Now the normal wholesale process begins, which means you either have to order goods or goods are picked in the warehouse. VARIO offers different ways to do this. After that the goods will be shipped to you. You may already have to make delivery notifications, for example, and all processes run automatically or partially automatically in the background.

Invoices in different languages

Do you also have international customers? Then, of course, you need invoices in different languages and different markings. You can also handle this with VARIO without any problems. Once a customer has been created, VARIO recognizes from the country code where the address comes from and accordingly which language is required for the document. Also a serial number or the IMEI from the smartphone can be managed and displayed on the invoice at the end. All of this is part of VARIO’s standard process, so no customization is necessary. If it is a niche field, you can customize the report this way and access all the fields in the database and add them in the document report. Thus, this is also not a problem.

The VARIO DMS archives automatically

It is especially important that you can archive everything in a legally secure way. Every invoice and receipt that is created and posted is also automatically transformed into VARIO’s DMS. Here it is stored in such a way that the documents will still be visible in several years. This process is automated and runs in the background, so you as an entrepreneur no longer have to deal with this issue. In addition to all this, VARIO has various connections to forwarding companies in the standard function. If they do not meet the standard, they can be adjusted. So you’ve optimized the entire process from ordering to shipping, so you can experience a perfect entry into eCommerce as a wholesaler.
