Instagram has been expanding the app for its users lately. So now three more new features have been added recently. In a video, Adam Mosseri, the Head of Instagram now, introduced these new features.

In this video, we introduce you to three new Instagram features that Instagram recently rolled out for its users.

Extension in terms of App Live function

The first feature, is an extension for the live function of the app. Previously, users could already schedule a live stream and announce it in a feed post. But now creators can additionally schedule a time for the feed post or story announcing the event. Additionally, scheduled streams are now also displayed in the profile in the Instagram bio section. This will directly alert users who visit a Creator’s profile to a scheduled stream. They can then save the stream appointment as a reminder. Mosseri also explains that users can schedule as many live streams as they want.

Remix Feature

Next, the Head of Instagram announces that the Remix feature will be expanded. Until now, users could only respond to reels or recreate it. But now this feature is being extended to all types of videos posted on Instagram. So this means that now you can also remix a video that was posted as a feed post.

Survey sticker

There is also an update for the survey ticker, which has not been officially rolled out yet, but is already available for some users. This sticker is one of the most used stickers in Stories. With the update, users can create up to four choices. Some users can even already customize the color for the question asked.
