Advantages of Amazon Business

Purchasing through Amazon Business starts with proper invoicing. If you’ve ever made a business purchase from Amazon using your personal account, you know how difficult it is to get a reasonable invoice. With Amazon Business, invoicing is automated and specifically designed for B2B businesses.

Price comparisons are also easier because you can filter by gross and net prices.

You get access to more products, because B2B can have their own products released, which are often cheaper than for private customers.

Also, as usual in the B2B world, you can choose purchase on account with a payment term of 30 days.

It is also possible to connect an inventory management system, such as JTL-Wawi, to Amazon Business. This makes it even easier for you to sell your goods and keep track of them. Because all data flows together in your merchandise management system.

Starting with 10 users, you can set different permissions and budgets for different employees or teams. You can also use the “Spend Visibility” tool to analyze your employees’ purchases and evaluate where there is still potential for savings.

If you sell a lot, you can also store additional data such as order or document numbers.

Register Amazon Business

The prerequisite for Amazon Business is a seller account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one at https://www.amazon.de/business/register/org/landing. Then deposit your tax ID and contact information, after which a credit check will run. If it is positive, you will be unlocked.

If you already have a private account, you can use both accounts in parallel.
