It’s not enough at Amazon for us to just say the product is small, it’s light, and demand is high. Unfortunately, it’s so competitive these days that we have to add a few more criteria to the product selection. That means, don’t just look at what’s popular, but look at what fits into your budget, your capital for the start. Look how much is sold on this product, what are the search terms, what are the competitors, if it is seasonal, what are the size and weight, what are the calculations for profit and margin and always budget at least 10 percent for advertising! Otherwise, it will all be too tight. That means, don’t just look at what’s small and light and maybe sold a lot, but many, many more criteria.
